With the subtle balance of bright citrus, fruit, body, sweetness and depth, Shwe Taun (meaning “Golden Mountain” in Burmese) blend offers a versatility that works with multiple brewing methods like espresso (depth of body and sweetness), drip coffee (highlights the nuances like bright citrus notes, fruit tones and nuttiness), or French press (bold, richness and chocolate notes). Each coffee in Shwe Taun blend meets all our requirements for transparency and sustainability. We pay very fair prices for our coffees to ensure that farmers and producers along the supply chain are making a good living, able to support their families and communities, and re-invest back into their farms and mills to create a sustainable product and industry for years to come.
